Creative Strategist + Innovation Student
Hello beautiful people! I’m Zavion, a creative director and innovation student at the University of Southern California. I’ve designed for over 50 organizations, including NASA and the Bobby Tillman Foundation, building visual identities, digital experiences, and brand strategies that connect communities.
This year, I developed Love Notes, an interactive installation that uses design and technology to foster real human connection in public spaces.
I’m also a co-creator of several USC-based initiatives, including the JMS App, a creative network hub supporting 50+ clubs and student-led projects. Along the way, I’ve partnered with teams at Google Labs and Nike LA to bring large-scale creative events to life.
As a creator, my mission is to improve the human experience by building positive bridges between people and their environments. Scroll down and check out some of my work!
Designed and built an intercative phone booth using woodworking and electrical wiring skills to bring Love Notes through the full product lifecycle. In partnership with the USC Iovine and Young Academy, this installation also helped me to conduct research on human connection and community engagement to inform user experience and design strategy.

The Gift of Sol is a celebration of nature’s quiet love. Through golden hues and vibrant colors, the painting captures a sunset breathing life into the landscape, reminding us that love exists not only in people, but in the world around us. It’s in stillness, in light, in the spaces we often overlook. This piece invites us to pause and recognize that love and life don’t always need to come from something alive—they are everywhere, all at once, if we choose to see them.
Skyfall captures a moment of suspended intimacy between two lovers soaring through the sky. In this rush of motion, they are completely immersed in one another, engulfed by the kind of love that makes the rest of the world disappear. The painting reflects the feeling of love as an escape—a powerful force that lifts you away from life’s troubles and into something weightless, free, and beautifully overwhelming.
